◆Atlas — do the current Regime conditions match a Playbook setup?
Min 15–105 — Core Work (90 min)
◆Phase 1: Backtest — exactly 90 minutes — log whatever trades occur.
◆Phase 2 / 3: Simulation — setup scan + Pre-Trade Plan.
◆If no setup found — log “No-Trade” in DRC. That is also success.
Min 105–120 — Post-Session
◆TCJ — if you had a case, log it: at minimum Ticker + Grade + Result.
◆DRC EOD — one lesson + one improvement + Process Score.
◆Review day — complete only the Weekly Review Sync Report.
